Roderick FRAZIER

-William FRASIER, the ten year old son of Roderic FRASIER, of Maple Forest, died suddenly last Friday, and was brought here for burial Sunday afternoon. (15 Aug 1901)

-Married Friday Dec. 1, in Grayling, Mrs. Amelia McCONNELL and Roderick FRASER both of Maple Forest, by Justice George MAHON. (7 Dec 1905)

-Mrs. Roderick FRAZIER, of Maple Forest, died at the home of her father in Lovell, last Thursday and was buried here in Elmwood Cemetery Saturday. She was a victim of consumption. (16 Aug 1906)

-DIED-At the home of his son, in this village, Tuesday, May 30, Amos B. CORWIN, aged 72 years. The deceased was born in Lyons, N.Y., Dec. 15, 1832, and came to Wayne county, Mich., in his infancy, with his parents and resided there until 1856, when he moved to Niles. In Aug. 1862 he enlisted at Dowagiac, as a private in Co. A, 19th Mich. Inf., and served until the close of the war, bringing with his discharge an unblemished record. He has ever been a true comrade and devoted Member of the G. A. R. In 1866, he returned to Denton, in Wayne county, where he was married to Miss Sarah J. FELT, who survives him, and to them were born nine children, all of whom are living: John, of South Branch; Mrs. Eva WINGOTT, of Pa.; Oreon, Mrs. Mary BIGGS, Nelson, Frank, Charles and Nellie, all of Grayling, and Mrs. Celia GRANGER, of Noxpater, Miss. He came here in 1892. His life has been spent in agriculture, and he has been successful. He died full of years, an honored citizen, and a devoted husband and father. He rests in peace. (1 Jun 1905)
